Speaking during an interview with Radio citizen some minutes ago ,the Bungoma senator,Moses wetangula ,has send amessage of need to the President to look forward towards improving the western level of income,speaking with inspector mwala and francis luchivya today morning,Hon wetangula said it’s now some time back after the President making promises to the western farmers,especially the sugarcane and maize farmers on how he will make payements of thier salaries but unfortunately, due to other arising businesses, the President has always put off, Wetangula therefore said both maize and sugarcane farmers should be looked upon inorder to improve thier level of income.
